Product Description
Use TopShield® Pro #9 Wet/Dry Plastic Roof Cement on wet or dry surfaces to patch splits, cracks and seams on mineral surfaced cap sheet, smooth surface BUR asphalt roofs and composition shingles. TopShield® Pro #9 seals penetrations and fashings, and can be used below grade in foundation waterproofng and dampproofng systems.
